Hobbits and Demons and Avengers, Oh My

I’m thinking about cosplaying as a TOS Star Fleet officer for Halloween this year and having a much harder time finding a pattern to use for the minidress uniform than I was expecting.

If anybody has any ideas on where to get a pattern (whether it’s official or a pattern for a dress that looks similar) I would appreciate that soooooooo much.
